The Single Most Powerful Thing You Can Do on Earth Day

Today, America has NO NATIONAL LIMITS on carbon pollution from existing fossil-fuel power plants—the largest source of carbon pollution in our country. The EPA proposed a rule to change all that—and Americans sent in over 8 million comments championing their efforts.

But Congressional attacks followed almost immediately—despite the fact that the Clean Air Act clearly gives the EPA the authority to regulate this dangerous pollution. If we’re going to continue to beat these attacks, we need passionate activists like you putting pressure on your elected officials. The single most powerful thing you can do this Earth Day is tell your elected officials that you expect them to support the Clean Power Plan.

Tell Congress to let the EPA do its job, and to support strong climate standards.
